Welcome to Progames. This is a game website, a program website, and a game developer's website. On the forum, you can upload your own games and have them playable online. You don't have to be a game developer to use this, but if you are, there are a few pages that will help you, including a music site. There, you can preview songs, and if you like to, download some of them. Each song is 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
I have about 15 games at the moment. They are all of very high quality, and can be played online on any version of Windows on any browser. There is also a forum, where you can post your own games.
I have a few programs here as well. They are also pretty useful.
Look! There is a new page called "Everything Else." This page has a lot of useful content including Windows enhancements/hacks that can help you out a lot.
